DELPHINE ROBLIN–LAPPARRA
Delphine ROBLIN-LAPPARRA is a lawyer at the Paris Bar and a specialist in intellectual property – Certificate of specialisation in intellectual property issued by the French National Bar Council
She worked for 15 years at a renowned Parisian law firm specialising in intellectual property. In 2015, she set up her own firm, mainly dedicated to intellectual property, before joining ARÉNAIRE AVOCATS as a partner on 1 January 2026.
For more than 25 years, Delphine has been assisting and advising creators and companies in all areas of intellectual property law and new technologies, as well as in commercial law (particularly misleading advertising) in an advisory capacity and in litigation before civil, commercial and criminal courts. She also assists her clients in the event of inspections by agents of the DGCCRF (French agency for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) relating to the regulation of commercial practices, product compliance and consumer law.
Her clients benefit not only from her legal expertise and skills, but also from her interpersonal skills (listening, negotiating lasting agreements). Always seeking creative and tailored solutions, she supports them from the moment their business is created and at every stage of their development, helping them to implement legal strategies to secure, protect and defend their creations and intangible assets.
Delphine has extensive experience in the decoration and furnishing, cosmetics and innovation sectors. She regularly provides training and is responsible for research on trademarks, designs, copyright, unfair competition and know-how for the Dictionnaire permanent droit des affaires (Permanent Business Law Dictionary).
Delphine has also been a mediator since 2024. She completed a two-year training course at IFOMENE (Institut de Formation à la Médiation et à la Négociation) and obtained a university degree in mediation. She thus puts her professional and personal skills to work in the search for constructive amicable solutions through alternative dispute resolution methods.
