DAMIEN RÉGNIER
Damien RÉGNIER is a lawyer at the Paris Bar and assists companies with intellectual property law issues
After two years as a legal advisor at the INPI (French intellectual property office), Damien has accumulated more than 30 years of experience as a lawyer at the Paris Bar. For 15 years, he worked alongside Philippe Combeau, a leading figure in industrial property in France, assisting and advising some of France’s largest companies. He then succeeded him by founding his own firm, before joining Cabinet Arénaire in 2026 as a partner.
Damien has extensive experience in litigation, both before civil and criminal courts and European courts, in all areas of intellectual property (copyright, designs, trademarks and patents). Responsive and an excellent litigator, he has exceptional and unique expertise, particularly in the fight against counterfeiting in the automotive sector.
